OVERVIEW:
Coordinates and directs the design, planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, building, grounds, and other facilities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate Managers. Establish preventative maintenance schedules. Acts as Fire Marshal and directs safety programs to detect, minimize, and control fires and fire hazards. Administers and directs security and vehicles. Blood and body fluids exposure: Category III.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Facility’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Team Members; terminations, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Team Members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED SKILL, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diplomas or general education degree (GED); and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have minimum of Five years previous management experience. Must have two years experience in working with boilers, engines, air conditioners, and other complex mechanical equipment.
LANGUAGE SKILL:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, legal documents and governmental regulations. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or Team Members.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The Team Member is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid condition, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, non-weather related extreme cold and extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
